Abstract: AUI POLICY RESEARCH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING AND CONDUCTING A STUDY OF THE UTILIZATION AND EFFECTS OF ALTERNATIVE MEASURES OF THE COMPARABILITY PROVISIONS FOR TITLE I OF THE ESEA OF 1965, AMENDED 1978.
