Abstract: THIS RECORDKEEPING IS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT AND DOCUMENT ANY SUBSEQUENT EPA ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF FALSE INFORMATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION, FOR WHICH THERE ARE SEVERE PENALTIES. THIS PROGRA CAN NOT WORK UNLESS EPA HAS CORRECT INFORMATION IN THE APPLICATION AND PERMT AND CAN ENFORCE THIS REQUIREMENT.
