Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY SO THAT EPA CAN CONTINUE TO OVERSEE A STATE'S PROGRAM, TO INSURE THAT PERMITS PROPOSED TO BE ISSUED COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE STATE AND FEDERAL LAW, AND TO PROVIDE EPA WITH THE ABILITY TO VETO PERMITS IF NECESSARY AS PROVIDED BY LAW (40 CFR SEC. 123.74).
