RECORDS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS OF THE PERFORMANCE TEST. THESE REPORTS ARE USED TO DETERMINE IF A SOURCE HAS INITIALLY MET THE STANDARD, AND TO PROVIDE THE MEANS OF INSURING CONTINUOUS COMPLIANCE.
