Terms of Clearance: This reporting requirement is approved for only one year to facilitate concurrent review of the four reporting requirements which administer the FHWA Research Fellowship/Scholarship Program. Therefor before August 30, 1982, the following four reporting requirements shou be reviewed and individually submitted to OMB for approval as a packag 1. Fellowship/Scholarship Application (OMB No. 2125-0024) 2. Reference Report on Candidate (OMB No. 2125-0066) 3. Educational Grant Program Candidate Agreement (OMB No. 2125-0069) 4. Program Evaluation Reports (OMB No. 2125-0072). This concurrent review will not only address need and reporting burdens, but will also review how those who provide this information evaluate these reporting requirements. Therefore, FHWA should consult not only with those persons who use this information, but also those who provide the information, i.e. the program recipient.
