Abstract: THE CPSC HAS PROMULGATED A RULE UNDER 15 U.S.C 2076 (E) TO REQUIRE MANUFACTURERS AND IMPORTERS OF CB BASE STATION ANTENNAS, TV ANTENNAS, AND CERTAIN SUPPORTING STRUCTURES FOR THESE ANTENNAS TO FURNISH WARNING LABELS, WARNING STATEMENTS, AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WITH THOSE PRODUCTS TO CONSUMERS AND TO FURNISH COPIES TO THE COMMISSION. THE PURPOSE IS TO WARN CONSUMERS OF THE RISK OF ELECTROCUTION IF PRODUCTS ARE ALLOWED TO CONTACT POWER LINES.
