Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 1.1311 OF THE FCC RULES, AND MUST BE FILED AS A SUPPLEMENT BY APPLICANTS FOR AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT MAJOR COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN ORDER FOR THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION TO MEET A REQUIREMENT OF THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (NEPA). THE DATA COLLECTED HELPS FCC TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE FACILITIES WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT.
