Abstract: 12 USC 1464(I) AND 1725(J) PERMIT THE CONVERSION OF CERTAIN MUTUAL ASSOCIATIONS TO THE STOCK FORM OF ORGANIZATION UNDER REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY FHLBB. FHLBB HAS ADOPTED $563B OF THE INSURANCE REGULATIONS AS THE EQUITABLE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES NECESSARY FOR SUCH CONVERSION.
