Abstract: 15 USC S781(I) REQUIRES FHLBB TO ADOPT "SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR REGULATIONS TO THOSE OF" SEC UNDER S1, M, N(A), (C), (D) AND (F), AND P OF 15 USC S78 AS REGARDS SECURITIES OF ASSOCIATIONS THE ACCOUNTS OF WHICH ARE INSURED BY FSLIC. 15 USC S78B SETS FORTH THE NECESSITY FOR THE REGULATIONS.
