Abstract: THE RULES DETAIL PROCEDURES FOR TERMINAL OPERATORS AND MOTOR DELIVERING CARGO TO NEW YORK TERMINAL FACILITIES. TERMINAL OPERATORS MUST IDENTIFY PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING VEHICLES, AND INCORPORATE THOSE PROCEDURES IN THEIR TARIFFS.
