Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED WITH OTHERS TO DEVELOP MOTOR CARRIER COST SCALES. DATA ON ACC-35 REPRESENTS A SAMPLING OF FREIGHT BILLS COVERING ONE SHIPMENT. IF A CARRIER HANDLES MULTIPLE TRUCKLOAD SHIPMENTS, THEY ARE TO BE REPORTED ON THIS FORM SINCE THIS DATA IS ESSENTIAL TO INSURE DATA RELATING TO ALL SHIPMENTS AND TONS IS COLLECTED IN ORDER TO GET A PROPER DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL SHIPMENTS AND TONS.
