Abstract: THESE FORMS ARE USED WITH OTHER FORMS TO DEVELOP MOTOR CARRIER COST SCALES. ACC-37 PROVIDES THE DATA NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY COSTS OF EACH SEPARATE SHIPMENT OF DIFFERENT WEIGHT AND DIFFERENT DENSITY.
