Abstract: THESE FORMS ARE USED WITH OTHER FORMS TO DEVELOP MOTOR CARRIER COSTS. FORM ACC-38 PROVIDES DATA FOR COMPLETING THE ROUND-TRIP LOAD FACTOR BY LENGTH OF HAUL SEPARATELY FOR FOUR MAGOR WEIGHT GROUPS AND FOR ALL WEIGHT GROUPS COMBINED. FORM ACC-98 IS USED TO ADVISE THE CARRIER WHICH TRIPS HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO THE STUDIED.
