Abstract: HOUSEHOLD GOODS, AND RAILROADS EXPERIENCING A CHANGE IN OPERATING REVENUES FOR THE PRECEDING YEARS WHICH WILL RESULT IN RECLASSIFICATION OF THE CARRIER FROM ONE CLASS TO ANOTHER. DATA ARE INTENDED TO ELIMINATE UNDUE DELAYS IN RECLASSIFICATION AND MIMINIZE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION PROBLEMS.
