Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED TO GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE ADEQUACY OF TRUCK SERVICE TO SMALL COMMUNITIES AND HOW THE MOTOR CARRIER ACT OF 1980 HAS IMPACTED THAT SERVICE. THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE SENT TO SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS IN SMALL COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE U.S. A REPORT OF FINDINGS WILL BE PREPARED AND SUBMITTED TO THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS.
