Abstract: THIS IS A SURVEY FORM TO BE COMPLETED BY REPRESENTATIVES OF SELECTED SMALL COMMUNITIES. THE QUESTIONNAIR WILL DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF INTERCITY BUS SERVICE REDUCTIONS AND ABANDONMENTS TO SMALL TOWNS & WHETHER INTERSTATE BY COMPANIES ARE FAILING IN THEIR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICE. IT WILL GAUGE THE NEED FILL BY THE COMMUNITY FOR CONTINUED OR BETTER BUS SERVICE.
