Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES AN FCU TO MAINTAIN (1) LOAN FILES TO BE KEPT ON EACH BORROWER, INCLUDING THE LOAN APPLICATION AND PERTINENT DOCUMENTS, REPAYMENT SCHEDULE AND VALUE OF SECURITY, (2) WRITTEN LOAN POLICIES (LOAN LIMITS, RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS).
