Abstract: THIS REGULATION REQUIRES EXISTING CREDIT UNIONS THAT DESIRE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CREDIT UNION STATUS TO SUBMIT WRITTEN APPLICATION TO NCUA CONTAINING NARRATIVES ON THE APPROPRIATENESS OF SUCH A DESIGNATION FOR ANY PARTICULAR CREDIT UNION, DEMOGRAPHIC DATA, BALANCE SHEET, DELINQUENT LOAN LIST, INCOME AND EXPENSE STATEMENT AND EXPERIENCE IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FIELD.
