THE REQUEST WILL OBTAIN FROM A NON-RAILROAD EMPLOYER INFORMATION ON AN ANNUITANT'S WORK AND EARNINGS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING IF BENEFITS SHOULD BE WITHHELD.
