Abstract: IN CALCULATING RESERVE REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS, WHICH ARE REPORTED ON THE FR 2900, THE FIRST $25 MILLION OF SUCH DEPOSITS (THE LOW RESERVE TRANCHE)ARE RESERVED AT A LOWER EXCESS OF $25 MILLION.
