Abstract: EACH STATE MEMBER BANK SUBJECT TO THE ACT MUST ANNUALLY COMPLETE THIS STATEMENT WHICH DISCLOSES THE CENSUS TRACT LOCATION OF EACH RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATED OR PURCHASED. STATEMENTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AND RETAINED FOR 5 YEARS. THE NEW ACT REQUIRES THESE STATEMENTS TO BE SENT TO A CENTRAL DEPOSITORY IN EACH SMSA.
