Abstract: PART A OF THE FNS-366 IS NEEDED BY THE RESPONDENTS TO JUSTIFY AND REQUEST FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COST SHARING OF THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM.
