Abstract: THIS STUDY WHICH WILL BE UNDERTAKEN BY OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS WILL AID THE OFFICE OF EXPORT PLANNING AND EVALUATION (OEPE) IN FORMULATING EXPORT PROMOTION PROGRAMS. THE ANALYSIS WILL BE USED IN THE DESIGN OF MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE U.S. DOC EXPORT STRATEGIES TO ASSIST SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED FIRMS.
