DURING 1950-1969, IN THE UNITED
STATES, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND VERMONT HAD THE SECOND HIGHEST BLADDER
CANCER MORTALITY RATES FOR WHITE MALES AND THE HIGHEST RATES FOR
FEMALES. AN EPIDEMIOLOGIC STUDY OF PERSONS WHO DIED OF BLADDER
CANCER AND CONTROL SUJECTS FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE AND VERMONT,
1975-1979, IS PROPOSED. INFORMATION FROM 1,350 NEXT-OF-KIN
INTERVIEWS WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE ASSOCIATIONS BETWEEN BLADDER
CANCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS.
