Abstract: THE METHODOLOGY DEVELOPED FROM THIS PILOT STUDY WILL BE USED IN A NATIONAL COST OF CANCER CARE SURVEY. NATIONAL ESTIMATES OF CANCER INCIDENCE AND PREVALENCE WILL BE OBTAINED, AS WELL AS ESTIMATES OF MEDICAL EXPEDITURES FOR CANCER WHICH WILL BE USED FOR PROGRAM PLANNING AND EVALUATION.
