Abstract: SURVEY WILL COLLECT INFORMATION ON THE STRATEGIES AND METHODS EMPLOYED BY HEALTH PLANNING AGENCIES IN ACHIEVING DESIRED CHANGES IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. INFORMATION GAINED WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO PLANNING AGENCIES.
