SSA should provide OMB with a report of findings derived from this item with any request for continued use of a fraud report. Information on multi-program fraud should be integrated into the fraud report, perhaps by the addition of a Food Stamps column in part I. A detailed report on results of discussions with USDA should accompany the next submission.
