INFORMATION ON THIS FORM ENABLES SERVICE AGENTS TO DETERMINE ORIGINAL OF WATERFOWL BOUGHT AND SOLD. THIS PREVENTS ILLEGAL TRAPPING AND SELLING OF WILD WATERFOWL.
