Abstract: THIS SURVEY IS CONDUCTED TO COLLECT INFORMATION WHICH WILL FORM THE BASIS OF A DECISION MODEL THAT PREDICTS SHIPPER RESPONSE TO ALTERNATIV CHANGES IN CARRIER SERVICE LEVELS. THIS WILL LEAD TO SOUND MARKETING STRAEGIES THAT WILL ASSIST U.S. CARRIERS IN COMPETING WITH FOREIGN FLA CARRIERS.
