Abstract: THIS REPORT PROVIDES A MECHANISM BY WHICH THE AGENCY CAN MONITOR AND EVALUTE THE SUCCESS OF EFFORTS INITIATED AND SUPPORTED BY BOTH THE MARITIME COMMUNITY AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO INCREASE THE UTILIZATION OF DISADVANTAGED AND WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS FIRMS AS SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS TO THE MARITIME INDUSTRY.
