Abstract: THE PROJECT NARRATIVE IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST THE POTENTIAL SPONSOR TO ADDRESS THE MAJOR ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF A VOLUNTEER PROJECT. ITS PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SPONSOR AND ACTION AND, AS SUCH, IS BASIC TO THE SUBMISSIO OF AN ANNUAL NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD, ONCE APPROVED.
