Abstract: THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT PROVIDES FOR THE PAYMENT OF SICKNESS BENEFITS TO QUALIFIED RAILROAD EMPLOYEES. THE PHYSICIAN'S STATEMENT WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING WHETHER THE APPLICANT MEETS THE REQUIREMENT FOR SICKNESS BENEFITS.
