Abstract: (AIR INSTALLATION COMPATABILITY USE ZONES) TESTING ABILITY OF AIR INSTALLATION COMPATABILITY USE ZONES PREDICTED NOISE EXPOSURE COTOURS. PRESENT NOISE INDEXES (LDN) ARE BASED ON BEST AVAILABLE JUDGEMENTS. NOISE CONTOURS ARE USED IN LAND ACQUISITION AND OPERATIONS PLANNING. PRESENT INDEXES WILL BE TESTED AND NEW METHODS FOR COMBINING NOISE EXPOSURES AND COMMUNITY REACTIONS COULD RESULT.
