Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL BE IN THE NATURE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PERMITS TO OPERATE OFF-ROAD VEHICLES ON DESIGNATED BEACH ROUTES IN THE FLORIDA DISTRICT OF GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEASHORE, FLORIDA. THE PERMIT SYSTEM IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT EACH ORV DRIVER IS MADE AWARE OF THE SPECIFIC ROUTES WHERE THESE VEHICLES CAN BE USED AND THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY CAN BE USED.
