Abstract: THIS CONSOLIDATED REPORT FORM IS USED TO DETERMINE THE UTILIZATON OF GRANT FUNDS ADMINISTERED BY THREE DISCRETIONARY GRANT PROGRAMS- COLLEGE LIBRARY RESOURCES(HEA II-A), LIBRARY CAREER TRAINING(HEA II-B) AND THE STRENGTHENING RESEARCH LIBRARY RESURCES PROGRAM (HEA II-C). AN ADDITIONAL SPPLEMENTARY PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR II-A IS NECESSARY TO CONFIRM MAINTENANCE OF EFFORT ASSURANCE REQUIRED OF GRANTEES IN THE COLLEGE LIBRARY RESOURCES PROGRAM.
