IF THE SOURCE DEMONSTRATES THAT USE OF SUCH METHOD ASSURES COMPLIANCE, TH REQUEST WILL BE APPROVED. THIS ALLOWS THE SOURCE FLEXIBILITY AS WELL ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES.
