Abstract: SINCE THE SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT MANDATES THAT WE PROTECT OUR SOURCES DRINKING WATER WE MUST IDENTIFY SUCH SOURCES. AN EXEMPTION IS PROVIDE FOR WATER WHICH HAS NO ACTUAL POTENTIAL FOR PROVIDING DRINKING WATER.
