Abstract: TO DETERMINE THE ENERGY CONSERVED AS A RESULT OF IMPLIMENTING INEXPENSIVE RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION MEASURES UNDER ACTION'S COMMUNITY ENERGY PROJECT. APPROX. 80 HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE INTERVIEWED IN TWO COMMUNITIES BEGINNING IN AUGUST 1981. THE INFORMATION IS CRITICALLY NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROJECTS AND THE EXTENT THAT PARTICIPANTS WERE HELPED FOR FUTURE PLANNED IMPROVEMENTS.
