Abstract: RULE 15B1-1, ORIGINALLY ADPTED ON JUNE 6, 1936, PROVIDES THAT AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION WITH THE COMMISSION AS A BROKER OR DEALER MUST BE FILED ON FORM BD.
