SMALL BUSINESS ACT SEC. 7(B)(1)
AUTHORIZES SBA TO MAKE LOANS TO REPAIR REPLACE, REHABILITATE REAL
AND PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGED OR DESTROYED BY DISASTERS SUCH AS
FLOOD, TORNADO, HURRICANE, ETC. THIS SET PROVIDE THE DATA NEEDED BY
SBA TO DETERMINE WHAT PROPERTY WAS DAMAGED OR DESTROYED, THE SIZE
OF THE LOAN AND WHETHER A LOAN WOULD COMPLY WITH T SMALL BUSINESS
ACT AND OUR REGULATIONS 13 CFR 123.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
