Abstract: FORM IS USED TO OBTAIN FROM INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM COMPANIES THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO DRAFT POLITICAL RISK INSURANCE CONTRACT. THE INAPPLICABILITY OF OPIC'S CURRENTLY USED FORM STEMS FROM THE UNIQUE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION UPON WHICH THIRD WORLD HYDROCARBON PROJECTS ARE BASED. FORM IS SIMPLY A MODIFICATION OF A RELATED FORM.
