Abstract: THE GATHERING OF THIS DATA IS AUTHORIZED UNDER SECTION 101 (K) OF THE COLORADO RIVER BASIN SALINITY ACT (PUBLIC LAW 93-320) AND AS AGREED TO BY MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND BETWEEN THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION AND THE SOIL CONSERVATION SERVICE. THIS INFORMATION IS USED BY SCS PERSONNEL AS THE BASIS FOR PLANNING RESOURCES TO HELP APPLICANTS DEVELOP CONSERVATION PLAN
