Abstract: UNITED STATES GRAIN STANDARDS ACT, (7U.C.S. 79, SECTION 7 (C)) PROVIDES FOR AN APPEAL INSPECTION SYSTEM FOR GRAIN. REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION TO THE APPROCIATE FIELD OFFICE OR TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS AND REVIEW. APPLICATION OBTAINS NAME AND ADDRESS OF APPLICANT, NAME AND ADDRESS OF RESPONDENTS, CARRIER IDENTIFICATION, AND OTHER RELATED INFORMATION.
