Abstract: MARKET NEWS REPORTS ARE AUTHORIZED BY LAW (7 U.S.C. 1622) TO COLLECT AND DISSEMINATE MARKETING INFORMATION INCLUDING ADEQUATE OUTLOOK ON A MARKET AREA BASIS. DATA IS USED BY FRUIT AND VEGETABLE TRADE AS GUIDES IN MAKING MARKETING DECISIONS. RESPONDENTS ARE FIRMS WHO CURRENTLY BUY, SELL, STORE, AND/OR PRODUCE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE PRODUCTS.
