Abstract: THIS SURVEY WAS BEGUN IN 1957 ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO PROVIDE DATA ON SHIPMENTS, EXPORTS, AND UNFILED ORDERS FOR ATOMIC ENERGY PRODUCTS. TH PRIMARY USERS OF THESE DATA ARE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. THE BUREAU OF INDUSTRIAL ECONOMICS AND DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY USE THE DATA TO ANALYZE CHANGES AND FORECAST LONG-TERM GROWTH IN THE INDUSTRY.
