Abstract: THESE FORMS WILL BE USED TO COLLECT FINANCIAL DATA FROM A SAMPLE OF THE SMALLEST CITY AND TOWN GOVERNMENTS FOR SEVERAL ANNUAL REPORTS ON GOVERNMENTAL FINANCES. SOME OF THE DATA FROM THE F-50A WOULD ALSO BE USED TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM.
