Abstract: THE SURVEY WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE EMPLOYMENT EFFECTS ON DISADVANTAGED POPULATIONS ACHIEVED THROUGH EDA'S BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LOAN PROGRAM. THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY THE TYPES OF JOBS THAT ARE CREATED, THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE EMPLOYED, AND TO ASSESS HOW FIRM VIABILITY IS AFFECTED BY EDA LOANS.
