AT LEAST MONTHLY, AN IN-HOUSE REPORT IS GENERATED BY THE DATA MANAGER TO IDENTIFY ALL LATE CONTRACTUAL DATA SUBMITTALS, TOTAL NUMBER OF DATA SUBMITTALS. AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRACTUAL DATA SUBMITTED LATE, HOW MANY CONTRACTUAL DATS SUBMITTALS WERE DUE BUT NOT SUBMITED, AND PERCENTAGE OF LATE DATA APPROVAL ACTIONS.
