AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRACTUAL DATA SUBMITTED LATE, HOW MANY CONTRACTUAL DATS SUBMITTALS WERE DUE BUT NOT SUBMITED, AND PERCENTAGE OF LATE DATA APPROVAL ACTIONS.
