Abstract: THE GOAL OF THIS SURVEY IS TO OBTAIN STANDARDIZED INFORMATION ABOUT TH NATURAL HISTORY OF HOMOCYSTINURIA DUE TO CYSTTHIONINE B-SYNTHASE DEFICIENCY, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT GENETIC HETEROGENEITY AND THE EFFECT OF VARIOUS TREATMENTS. THE RESULTS SHOULD PERMIT MORE RATIONAL AND BETTER TREATMENT OF THESE PATIENTS.
