Abstract: SECTION 211 OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT REQUIRES THE SECRETARY TO CREDIT PARTNERSHIP INCOME TO THE EARNINGS RECORD OF THE SELF-EMPLOYED PARTNER. THE FORM IS USED TO EVALUATE THE BONAFIDES OF A PARTNERSHIP RELATIONSHIP AND TO DETERMINE THAT PORTION OF THE PARTNERSHIP INCOME WITH WHICH EACH PARTNER IS TO BE CREDITED.
